Eagle Rock is approximately13 miles from the city center, flanked by Glendale on its northern and western sides, Highland Park on its southeastern side, Glassell Park on its southwestern side, and Pasadena on its eastern side. On its edges runs the Glendale and Ventura freeways.
Within the neighborhood, quaint streets are lined with charming single-family residences in a wide range of architectural styles from Craftsman to Georgian, Streamline Modern, Art Deco and Spanish. Many streetssuch as the Kincheloe Drive have also been extended to the hills to accommodate wide lots and large homes, and to provide stunning views of the city. This eclectic neighborhood is home to many famousartists, filmmakers and writers.
Eagle Rock offers its residents many culinary choices especially along the Colorado Boulevard. It is home to the Eagle Rock Center for the Arts,Ghetto gloss and Curve Line Space and Occidental College as well as nine public schools, six private schools and a public library, making it a convenient place for families to settle in.
